Vision Intersect

Talk to people about sight loss and they get very emotional. They can adjust to many changes but the possibility of not being able to see creates tremendous fear and worry.

We felt it was important to expand Benecard’s clinical programs to provide an alternative approach to traditional vision benefits. Working with our sister company, National Vision Administrators (NVA) a national administrator of insured and ASO vision programs, we developed Vision Intersect. Vision intersect represents the first time the concept of disease management have been focused on preserving the ability to see.

The ability to identify target patients by their medication histories and cross reference this information with NVA’s database of vision encounter data has produced a one-of-a-kind ocular disease management program found nowhere else in the United States.
